The best of the best were acknowledged at the Doll and Teddy Bear EXPO's Gala Dinner Banquet in Washington, D.C., on Aug. 9, 2008. After tallying the votes for the 2008 Golden Teddy Awards, 15 wonderful creations came out on top. The winners are listed in bold.
